Peter Nussbaum has extensive experience in managing and developing complex corporate structures. As long-standing advisor and current Chairman of the Board of Directors of Liechtenstein Group Holding AG, he contributes to its legal and economic stability. He previously worked as a leading lawyer specializing in private equity and capital markets, advising on numerous large international transactions. He holds a doctorate from the University of Munich and a Master’s degree from NYU School of Law.
